MMU commissioned a range of surveys to inform their intended sale of the Fields. These were carried out during October / November 2019 and the resulting reports were finalised between March and June 2020. They included:
- Phase 1 and 2 Geoenvironmental site assessment
- Topographical Surveys
- Flood risk assessment and drainage strategy
- Preliminary Arboricultural assessment
- Preliminary Ecological appraisal
- Archaeological report
- Utilities report
- Human Health report
These reports are superceded by newer versions, but all available from us on request.
There were further surveys and reports carried out both ahead of submitting a planning application in Spring 2025, and then following requests for further detail from statutory consultees, additional survey work and modelling carried out in 2025/26.
These include updated and more detailed versions of those above, plus others including:
- Air Quality statement
- Environmental Statement (and detailed surveys eg Bat, Botany)
- Biodiversity Net Gain Assessment
- Design Access Statement
- Transport Assessment
- Remediation and Enabling works
- Landscape Management
There is so much information that the best way to see it is on Manchester planning portal, along with the application, at the link on our ‘Object Now’ page. Please do get in touch though if there is anything in particular you are looking for.
